About the Ride

Starting from the beautiful University of Davis campus, our family fun ride, 25 mile and 50 mile bike routes will take us through the beautiful towns of Davis and Winters before returning to the Campus to celebrate!

With rest stops along the way to keep you hydrated and satisfied, this fully supported ride will roll with the message that Mental Health matters!

Your NAMIBikes registration includes a t-shirt and NAMIBikes water bottle. Registration is $35 and can be waived with a commitment to raise $250.

Event Day Details

NAMIbikes California is coming up this weekend and we are so excited to see you there!

Here are a few details to help make your day a special one:

• Location & Parking

NAMIbikes begins and ends at Segundo Field on UC Davis Campus

Free Parking is available in lot 25 next to the field (corner of Orchard Rd & La Rue Rd)

• Schedule

7:00am -  Registration & Continental breakfast opens

7:30am -  Opening Ceremony

8:00am -  Ride Out!

• Pre-ride check-in and registration

Each rider will receive a route map and an identification wristband for access to the rest stops and SAG van.

• Rain or Shine

Riders should be prepared for foul weather conditions. Cyclists should carry reliable tools, spare tubes, identification and money - just in case. Sag vehicles will be on the course during the ride to provide assistance and radio communication. The rest stop opening and closing times and distances between will be on the route sheets.

• General Rules

Approved Bicycle Helmets are required to ride

All riders must obey the California Vehicle Code. Violators maybe cited by local authorities.

From Sacramento Area:

Take I-80 W              

Merge onto CA-113 N via EXIT 70 toward Woodland.

Take the Hutchison Dr exit, EXIT 27, toward Uc Davis.

Merge onto Hutchison Dr toward U C Davis.

Turn left onto La Rue Rd.

(La Rue Rd is 0.2 miles past Health Sciences Dr.  If you reach Dairy Rd you've gone about 0.1 miles too far)

Turn right onto Orchard Rd. (If you are on Anderson Rd and reach Sunset Ct you've gone about 0.3 miles too far).

From Bay Area:

Take I-80 E

Merge onto CA-113 N toward Woodland/Davis

Take the Hutchison Dr exit, EXIT 27, toward UC Davis.

Merge onto Hutchison Dr toward UC Davis.

Turn left onto La Rue Rd.
